SpringFest is dedicated to bringing everyone together to get involved in the community and encourage connections between more people and cultures. A side effect of SpringFest is the support of local shops and restaurants through increased customer activity.
SpringFest was founded in 2022 as the reimagined WinterFest, which existed for a decade. South Portland-Cape Elizabeth Rotary brought the celebration concept to the City of South Portland, which welcomed the opportunity to become a partner.
